At ZENTHREADS, we aim to provide the best quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once 12 hours have passed, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the order is already in processing.
- To cancel an order, please contact us with your Order ID.

2. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

- Size-related issues
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective product received

To request an exchange, please contact us with your Order ID along with clear images or videos of the product.

- Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- All exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Shipping charges for exchanges may be applicable.

3. No Refund Policy

- We do not offer cash refunds or returns once the order is placed.
- Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
- Only exchanges are allowed under the conditions mentioned above.

4. Customized / Personalized Products

- Customized or personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- If a customized product is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

- Items purchased during sale or clearance.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

- Standard delivery time is 4–7 working days.
- Delivery time may vary depending on location, demand, weather conditions, or operational delays.
